Finder terms
Simple terms. Paid only on results.
Version 2026-10-25. These terms apply when you accept an introduction from zpit (Merlin Company, LLC, Florida). They fit on one page on purpose.
1. What we do
We tell you about a specific opportunity: an item for sale, a business, a buyer, a seller or a vendor (the "Introduction"). We act as a finder only. We are not your agent, broker, lender or adviser, we do not negotiate for you and we never hold your goods or your money.
2. Our fee
You pay a fee only if you complete a deal that comes from the Introduction. The fee and the time window are shown on the page where you accept, and in the copy we email you. No deal, no fee. There is no subscription, no minimum and nothing to cancel.
3. The window
A deal counts if it closes within the window shown (90 days if none is shown), directly or through someone acting for you. Please do not work around us on that specific opportunity during the window.
4. Telling us and paying
Tell us within 5 business days after a deal closes and send a simple proof (award notice, invoice or contract). We send an invoice with a payment link. Payment is due within 15 days, by card or bank transfer through our payment processor.
5. Your own judgment
Information we share comes from public sources and is offered as is. Inspect, verify and decide for yourself. We do not guarantee any outcome.
6. Confidentiality
Keep the details of an Introduction for your own use. We keep your information private and never sell it.
7. Stopping
Either of us can stop at any time, with one email. Fees for deals from Introductions already made stay due.
8. Limits
Our total liability for any Introduction is limited to the fee you paid us for it.
9. Law and signature
Florida law applies, with courts in Palm Beach County. Clicking "I agree" is your electronic signature. We keep a record of the date, time and version you accepted, and email you a copy.
